another tip, always weigh yourself wearing the same clothes or in the nude. Clothes always add a few pounds and that can vary depending on what u wear. Also the time of day you weigh in affects your weight. I always weigh first thing in the morning. hope that helps Cath

down to 165.3 so far this week (one day to go for end week weigh in) approx 3 lbs loss (26lbs total since jan, 30 lbs to go) :happy: Did alot of walking last few days.

welcome back^^. How much time do u spend on WOW? I used to play FFXI maybe 10 hrs daily.. For me I had to quit so I could focus on me and really think about where and what I want in life. Anyway hope to see u around alot more on here :) Good luck with the weight loss

Hah, I am so glad that you posted this as I too have to walk past a cinnabon stand right before I get into the supermarket.
