  • I do! I've only used their workouts for over a year, and I've had great results. I think they have balanced workouts and Kelli and Daniel are authentic and real. It's all about the effort one puts in.
  • I use the YouTube channel Fitness Blender. I've used them for over a year and they've really helped me not only get into shape, but also develop a better relationship with exercise and food. Also, they're very authentic and real, and don't push any products.
  • I love Fitness Blender! I do their workouts 5-6 days a week. I have seen great results!
  • Since I had a long work day, I took today as my rest day (after working out for 4 days in a row). Yesterday I did at-home HIIT cardio for 15 minutes and also an abs, obliques, and lower back workout for 25 minutes. I also added a stretch cool down.
  • I was able to complete all of my goals yesterday! :) Goals for today, 10/24 1. Drink 2 bottles of water (6 cups total) 2. Do not go on Facebook 3. Do not snack after dinner *I already exercised this morning, since I have something to do later. One goal down!
  • Goals for today, 10/23 1. Drink 2 full bottles of water at work (total 6 cups) 2. Do not go on Facebook 3. Exercise after work 4. Do not snack after dinner tonight
  • This group is exactly what I need! Goals for today, 10/23: 1. Drink 2 full water bottles at work today (total 6 cups) 2. Do not go on Facebook 3. Exercise after work 4. Do not snack after dinner tonight
  • I'm 5'4" and I weigh 130, and it's a perfect weight. Not fat, and not too skinny. I feel fit and healthy, and my clothes fit, which is what matters
  • Today is my "cheat" meal later, so for today, my goals are: - get in my exercise - eat healthy all day - enjoy myself tonight!
  • When I first started, I waited a month to weigh myself (mostly out of fear, as well). Now I weigh just once a week, and I continue to lose at least a little. If you are eating as you should and finding time for some exercise, the weight will follow. Your body will fall into place as long as you are being healthy & honest.…
  • Social support is helpful to many people, and scientists have studied the role of social support in many aspects of life, such as motivation and stress. Personally, I feel that these groups are helpful because it makes me feel not so alone on this journey, and that things I am struggling with are also things that others…
  • I FIRST felt a difference at just 2 weeks. However, I started to actually see it at 4 weeks. It's now been 3 months, and I look much different. Just don't give up. Even if you feel like progress is going slow, it will pay off :)
  • Just for today: - I will not eat leftover Easter candy - I will complete my FB exercise video
  • If you were driving on the highway and you drove past your exit, would you just keep driving? Or would you turn around and get to where you need to go? If you spilled a little sauce on your shirt, would you go ahead and dump the whole can onto yourself?
  • I have this quote on my wall, "no one can go back and start a new beginning, but anyone can start now and make a new ending." That really motivates me! But also remember, don't let food control you. YOU control you. And you can set anything you put your mind to. A little bit of determination and motivation go a long way.…
  • 3 days left! Hang in there!
  • Just remember, the first week is going to be especially difficult. You just need to get through it and keep going. Plan out your meals, and find some fun healthy things to make. Just focus on NOT binging. Be proud of yourself for every day you go without binging. You will find yourself more motivated the longer you go.…
  • I was in the same boat. I felt overwhelmed with just how high my weight hat gotten & how much I had to lose. However, I found that taking it week-by-week really helped. Not focusing on how far I had to go, but focusing on how I could actually enjoy my journey. Finding fun, healthy recipes to make helped me to not feel…
  • This feeling will pass. Trust me, I've been there. Just lay down, watch your favorite tv show, and feel good tomorrow. Remember WHY you started. Remember how hard it is to start over, and it will not be any easier next time. Just hang in there, get through this, and keep going. You will not regret it!!
  • That's the right attitude! Keep it up!! :)
  • I completely understand. I struggle with binge eating, too. I can go a week or 2, but it's an incredibly difficult behavior to break. I've incorporated one cheat meal a week now, sort of a "mini-binge," and that's really helped me. I get right back on track the next day. Just keep on going, remember how far you've come,…
  • I do this too. Usually on Saturdays, I have a cheat meal (not day). I'll go out to eat, eat whatever I want, then eat whatever desserts I want. This has not impacted my weight loss at all. I find that this keeps me sane during the week, when I try to eat very healthy. Cheat meals are not for everyone, but they work for me.…
  • Love that show! I've never been morbidly obese, but I have been overweight, and I constantly struggle with food addiction. It makes me happy to see people taking control of their lives and really trying to change. I particularly like Melissa and Zsalynn, they were very inspirational. I agree that Penny's story made me sad…
  • For the first few weeks, I did not indulge at all. But after a month, I started allowing cheat meals once a week. I've been doing this for almost 2 months now, and it has not impacted my weight loss at all. I've still been losing 1-2 pounds per week. My cheat meals are not the entire day, but just one meal, usually dinner.…
  • If you're trying to lose weight, what matters the most is your calorie intake. Regardless if your marco percentages are off, that's not too important just for weight loss. If you are specifically trying to build muscle, that may be more important. Good luck with your goals!~
  • As people have mentioned, losing weight comes down to burning more calories than you consume. You do not have to eat low-carb or low-fat. Fruits are carbs, and they are very good for you! Everything in moderation. As long as you measure and log as accurately as possible, and exercise for even just 30 minutes a day, you…
  • I packed my breakfast for work today. Vanilla Greek yogurt & strawberries, along with my coffee (measured the cream, of course!). I felt like giving up last night because cravings were so strong, but I didn't give in. I feel even stronger today!
  • Don't focus on how much you have to go. Focus on what you've accomplished thus far. Every little victory counts! Every time you wake up early to workout, remember, that's another day you became closer to your goals. Progress is progress, no matter how small
  • To wake up and not dread getting dressed because clothes don't fit. Also, to be healthy, and not have the stress (both mental and physical) from all that extra weight. Looking good is just a bonus :)
  • I have a cheat meal once a week, usually on Saturday night. I exercise in the morning, eat very good until dinner. For dinner, I usually go out and eat whatever I want, then I have dessert and any other snacks I want. But come Sunday, I get right back on track until next week! It's been working for me and helping me stay…
