This is very good advice, thanks friends. ps. I have to go back in and change my diary, I had planned to only eat two. :embarassed:

Hi mate, I'm from Melbs. I'm sending you a friend request. :)
-
My favourite person in the world is my little sister. I love her guts!
-
Yeah, I was pretty impressed by that.
-
I eat chocolate every night after dinner (a small bit) and I'm still losing weight. Dessert ftw!
-
Thanks chick.
-
Thanks everyone for your advice. :flowerforyou: Sometimes you just need to hear some objective opinions, you know? MFP is great like that. :) Cheers.
-
I love you!! (In a platonic, nerd-love way).
-
Spreadsheets.
-
Love this. :) Well done you!
-
Bindi Irwin?.. Just kidding. ;) These are my top 3 costumes I've always wanted to wear if I had awesome legs - Wonder Woman Xena, Warrior Princess Lara Croft I don't know if they are original/creative or not! How about Lady Gaga?
-
You should go as Steve Irwin, complete with toy crocodile and over the top accent.. CRIKEY!! p.s. Welcome to Australia. Hope you're settling in. :)
-
Well done you! You look fantastic! :) I really like your tattoo, did it hurt much going over the ribs?

I tend to wear loose fitting clothes, or if I'm really worried about it, put some cling wrap over the area while I'm working out. Then I have a shower straight after, washing the area gently with warm water. Then put ointment on it as usual. I've never had any problems. Good luck!

It probably depends on whether it's genuine pain or just muscle soreness. If I avoided the gym every time I was sore, I'd never go back there.
-
You look a thousand times happier and healthier. Well done you. :)
-
You can get a lot of rice alternatives for traditional wheat products. eg. rice pasta, rice flour, etc. So you don't have to miss out on yummy food! Good luck. :)
-
Here's mine. I'm the one strangling my teddy bear. :)
-
I am actually still chuckling a little bit too. Is it wrong to laugh at your own funny? therapistmama, I'm so sorry - I feel like I've accidentally hijacked your thread a little bit! I hope everything goes well with your weight loss. MFP is a brilliant site. :flowerforyou:
-
I know this is off the topic, but I initially read your username as "the rapist mama" and was extremely confused! Ha ha! Took me a minute to figure it out.
-
Hi mate. I have had CFS for many years, feel free to private message me if you like. :) Cheers, Jo
-
100% agree with this. People don't see you the same way you see yourself (if that makes sense!) Also, well done on your weight loss so far, it's a great effort. Hang in there!

I find exercise to be its own reward - the more I do it, the more I enjoy it. It's like an upward spiral. :)

When running I listen to classical music - so lame, I know - what am I, my Grandma? :) For other workouts, Tubthumping by Chumbawamba always makes me feel like I'm kicking *kitten*. Cheers!
-
Yeah, what she said. :)
-
This is classic. :D Bump!

This happens to me occasionally too. I've been to the doctor about it and he said it was stress related. When it happens now I just try not to focus on my breathing too much (as thinking about it tends to make it worse), and I try different techniques for lowering my stress levels generally. I find that it will go away…

What an a-hole. Good for you for sticking up for yourself! You should file a complaint and find another doctor.. and maybe go back without your kids so you can do the punching in the face thing.
