  • Thanks Laura! I have to get back into the swing of things, take weight loss seriously. My first goal, I have a pinched nerve in my back and i am trying to get that resolved. 2ndly i wanna get under 200 pounds. 3rdly keep going on the fitness journey, my original goal of getting to 170 that I set last year is still there.

  • OK i was very happy with my progress i was at 199 on tuesday, today i am at 201 dam beer. I did have 4 cobs of corn last nite for dinner so maybe i'll weigh in again tomorrow. Of course the last 2 nites were horribly hectic and i couldn't or didn't get a stairclimbing or jogging in.

  • Well i didn't lose any this week, but i didn't gain any either and thats a small feat itself seeing all the food and drink from the wedding weekend. This weekend, I'm going fishing, so i'll have to watch my food intake as with fishing comes liquid carbohydrate consumption!

  • OK i also vow to do some exercise this afternoon. We went up to the lake over the weekend and its more fishing and party time than focus on being healthy. This coming weekend is my son's wedding so this will a good weekend but not in the exercising dept.
