I use half a serving of pancake mix, one scoop of protein powder, 2 egg whites, stevia, cinnamon, and a 1/2 tsp baking powder to make my pancakes/waffles. I usually add1-2tbs dairy free dark chocolate chocolate chips, but you could omit for lower carbs.

Try Nutrasumma Pea Protein powder. Dairy/Gluten/Soy/GMO free. I am not vegan/vegetarian by any means. I just don't like eating animal products for every meal and I have a dairy allergy. I usually make waffles, pancakes, or frozen blended shakes with it. :smiley:

Just tell people that you eat what ever the hell you want... because you do, you eat way you want according to your goals. Its really none of their business. People still say stupid stuff to me about what I am eating and I always tell them "I eat whatever I want" and they **** their mouths.

In the morning or whenever, drink a protein shake with oats, peanut butter, bananas, with whatever milk you like and throw some sort of oil in there. (coconut or light olive oil shouldn't effect the flavor) That will be a good chunk of calories and you can just adjust the proportions to fit your macro/calorie goals.
