I have had my Paragard ( 10yr copper IUD) since 2007....never had any issues and love it because there are no hormones being pushed through my body.

At first its usually water weight and your body extracting all the excess sodium from all the soda and depending on your diet food too. It will balance out....i lost 6 lbs in my first 6 days.

Never try and roll over calories you will be defeating your weight loss goal and for the daily intake it says its better to stay a bit under u wont go in to starvation mode as long as your eatting the right food and keep your water intake in. Feel free to message me any time for more advice :)

Im a stay at home Army wife/mom of 4 kids and prior Army....and same here not new to it either but my last big weight loss was 2007 and did it by myself then....but since then i went down hill slowly deff. need some modivation and and a bit of help this time around.
