I started this once and did not finish I am going to try again so day 1 will be done tonight0

When i started it someone told me to do them and then rest for 30 seconds and do more, rest....
On day 29 and 30 i rested for about 60 seconds.
You could even do them throughout the day but i personally just wanted to get them over with lol.0 -
yesterday I was day 13 130... DONE (at a hotel on a mini vacation even )
Day 14 - 135 squats DONE!0 -
On Day 12 - rest
I could start seeing a diff around Day 10.0 -

I think I'm addicted to squats now. Finished challenge but I'm still going to get higher. Did 255 yesterday and aiming for 260 today.0

250 squats done! thanks for this awesome challenge, its motivated me to do more, I did a virtual 5K on the weekend, and have signed up for 50 miles in May Challenge. I also want to keep up with the squats, but not 250, lol, maybe 100 to 150 on the same type of schedule. Awesome challenge! Thanks again!0
