    I started this once and did not finish I am going to try again so day 1 will be done tonight

    it is done day 1it was harder then the first time I think that is not good considering ive been working out since the last time

    Have a question for you all. Make me wonder about number of squats. Do I have to keep going squat or do some then rest and again squat? Thanks!!!

    When i started it someone told me to do them and then rest for 30 seconds and do more, rest....

    On day 29 and 30 i rested for about 60 seconds.

    You could even do them throughout the day but i personally just wanted to get them over with lol.

    Day 14 - 135 squats DONE!

    I think I'm addicted to squats now. Finished challenge but I'm still going to get higher. Did 255 yesterday and aiming for 260 today.

    250 squats done! thanks for this awesome challenge, its motivated me to do more, I did a virtual 5K on the weekend, and have signed up for 50 miles in May Challenge. I also want to keep up with the squats, but not 250, lol, maybe 100 to 150 on the same type of schedule. Awesome challenge! Thanks again! :smile:
