foot injury....photo

I was doing a weighted calf raise last week and noticed pain in my foot. I used to call this spot my "little ankle" but now have determined it to be (I think) the navicular tuberosity.

Anybody have any experience with injury to this body part?

There was never any noticible crack, pop, tear or immidiate pain, so I don't think it's fractured.

So far, I am icing it and resting it and have taken a break from my running routine.

As a professional doctor, your hip injury here looks severe. I would suggest soaking it in a tub of mulled wine and taking it out for a nice dinner.

Sorry, I can't help myself. Srsly, probably a good idea to see a doctor. Bones poking out oddly, broken or no, probably won't heal right without intervention.
