Super effort. You have a lot to be proud of!

Terrific. Now make 2015 the year you get the rest of your goal behind you!

When you're answering a post from a year ago and looking to see if you already responded last year!!!

Yeah, glad to be considered. Think the community approach is a better one...and more fun too!

Started logging in 2013. Been maintaining this year although I have been trying to lower BF% the last 6 months. A slow process without losing muscle.

Incredible job so far! Keep it up!

They are giving you good advice. Keep up the good work, and continue working overall. Do lot's of compound exercises that activate multiple muscle groups and you'll see the progress as you lose the extra BF. Keep up the good work!

Am on daily and enjoy the give and take on MFP. Am in maintenance/cut/bulk...I know, I'm a little conflicted, but it's fun!

Us youngsters have to stick together. Feel free to add me.

I will say that HIIT exercising seems to keep me from getting pregnant. However, I never go anywhere in heels, so that might have an impact as well...seriously, enjoy your exercise. Being and staying healthy will be a positive for you and your baby to come!

You already "know" what you need to know. But setting meaningful specific goals with time deadlines (and rewards) are awesome "guardrails". Oh, and having a friend or two with whom you feel accountable really helps. Best wishes.

Congrats on great progress. Now find something you love to do and continue on. It's really fun!

Great testimonial and commitment to answering these questions. Terrific effort Vismal. While I'm also a lifter, I was encouraged to run by my daughter. I would also mention about running that your shoes are CRITICAL. Buy a good pair from a running store. Until my daughter encouraged me to go to a running store, I always…

Feel free to add me as well.

Just a possible recommendation that I do when away from the gym. Hindu (bodyweight) squats (in my case I do 20 minutes, which really is tough for me), and dive bomber pushups. If you add other things in like burpees, you probably want to cut down on the bodyweight squats. But 30-40 hard minutes of working out with…

With joint related injuries, I would also recommended getting checked by a professional. It could be something that (just) requires rest, or it could be your body communicating another issue. I would definitely recommend getting checked if possible.

You can make a positive change in your shape, but if you are convinced you never will see the change, it won't happen...becuase you won't let it. You'll never be 6'2", but you can change your "round" stomach. You said in your post that YOU ALREADY HAVE SEEN A CHANGE there. Having said that, weight is a misnomer. I can be…

I'm always open to adding new people. Have been here for about 18 months. Lift, run, play tennis, bike and mouth off. :) Send me a message with your request.

I've got to say I love women in bikinis, so I guess all's fair. Although I don't own a pair. Think it's a cultural thing. Euro and all!

And it's also not unusual for your arms (read: Triceps) to fatigue before the larger muscle groups like pecs do. Being sore could be good or not so good. Give it a few days, find someone who knows about lifting and get some suggestions on form (Youtube can provide some fine examples), and keep at it!
