I give you credit, I didn't like the taste of Shakeology. I love the shakes I'm drinking right now. You and I are on same workout. :love: Do you have the extra DVD's from the deluxe package??

I've tried both chocolate and greenberry and not a fan at all. I actually drink Idealshape shakes. They are rated #1 and Shakeology is rated #3. I really like the taste of them and use unsweetened almond milk instead of water. YUMMY!!

So had the first workout this morning Fire 30/Stretch 10...not sure how I feel about this workout...I did the "new to class" so it took a little longer because they "teach" you the moves. Ok. 1800 from the book calculation includes your exercise. If you want to you could set your MFP at weight loss, which will probably give you 1200 considering your height/weight etc. and then add in your HRM data cals burned and use that daily allowance. ^^agree, it's not about weight, it's about body fat %. I'm 5'2ish and 100 lbs. with a body fat % around 15. Hope that helps!
