This is so true and very good advice! I was plateaued for THREE LONG agonizing weeks! Last Thursday the scale finaly moved down two lbs...today another four. Give it time....keep up the good work and it will all even out! At least that's what I tell myself! Best of luck to you!

Anything that tells you to cut out certian food groups I'm sceptical of. I also agree with the other post, if you can't do it forever...you WILL just gain it back. Best of luck to you! :)

Sorry dude, your short. ;) My workout buddy is 5' 2" and weighs more than you and she gets 1200 cals per day. I'm 5' 10" 32 and weigh 260. I get 1700 cals a day. This makes her CRAZY! I have taken this drug before. It is basicly speed. It makes you sweat, thirsty as hell and cranky. It also screws with any other meds you may be on. It will make you not hungry...but eventually your body gets used to it. I do not recomend this drug. There is no magic pill.

I love this program! Everyone I know that has used it has had excellent results! I think it's the cardio/strengh training combo that does the trick. I now go to a trainer and her work outs are very similar to the slim in 6 workouts. Your whole body just changes shape. I hightly recomend this type of work out. Best of luck…

Holy cow that's alot of sugar! One thing that has helped me kick my weight loss into high gear was to keep it simple. I try to eat foods as close to their natral state as possible. I find my self way more hungry if I eat a lean cuisine over a grilled chicken breast on a bed of fresh vegies. Hope this helps! ;)

I agree you should increase your caloric intake. i've been loosing steadly since I started to do this. But one thing my trainer advised me on was sugar intake.
