I started with french vanilla creamer, then went to half/half with no sugar. Now, I'm drinking it with just some skim milk. I don't even like the french vanilla anymore -- too sweet. If I were you, I'd try a gradual approach like this. Good luck!

I use this: http://www.target.com/p/nordic-ware-popcorn-popper/-/A-12475561 I add some olive oil in the bottom, add about 1/3-1/4 cup of popcorn. Pop for about 3 minutes, then add salt. I've been eating it for over a year like that, and the whole family loves it! And it doesn't seem to have any ill effects on my weight…

Go to myfitnesspal > Food > Database Then type in Cracker Barrel in the search box. I'd probably go for Grilled Chicken Tenders and some green beans. Check it out.

I would like to see what people reply here. I get really warm in the afternoons often, and also feel like I may have a fever. I have not noticed if it's related to any workouts, though. Glad to see it's not just me, but wish we could find out why. Thanks for posting.

A quick search pulls up lots of squash-like veggies - pumpkin, squash and zucchini. I'd bet you'd also do well with onions, bell peppers and celery - chopped, sauteed and added with the couscous. Just my opinion. Good luck!

I pour lukewarm coffee over ice and add a little half/half. No sugar needed for me. It depends how you like it.

Agreed! And thanks for the reminder, Tony!!

Yes, I wanted to tell you to eat more yesterday, but didn't want to be pushy. But since you're asking... For a long time, I lost weight consistently by eating 1400 calories. (I think we are the same height). Since I am getting closer to my goal, I moved it to 1200. I know it seems counter-intuitive, but you've got to keep…

Olive Garden Black Tie Mousse Cake. 760 Calories, 48 grams of fat. This is supposed to be AFTER your 1000+ calorie meal. And this is not a huge slice or anything; it's just a standard slice of dessert. And I am sad, because we LOVED this, and even had it at our wedding. We almost felt bad for serving it to our guests after…

You're perfectly fine. You can look at the chart on the website below. http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/library/blbodyfatcharts.htm

See this chart for a healthy body fat percentage. http://lowcarbdiets.about.com/library/blbodyfatcharts.htm You are not that far off from a healthy body fat. Depending on your age, if you lost just 5% fat, you'd be in a healthy range. Please don't confuse this with BMI. Good luck!

Looks tasty. I may have to try this.
