Look, you have to be completely honest and accurate with your food log, or else, what is the point of logging it? It looks like you were a couple of calories over on the 17th.....but it also shows that you ate a hamburger with no hamburger.....is that accurate or just an error?

I usually drink at least one diet soda a day. It has not hampered my weight loss in any way.

That is like asking if they half of a pizza is a serving, they mean a personal pan, or a large.

This quote is full of win. You can have to foods you love. It is just not good to binge on it. Track those calories like everything else, and eat it slowly to enjoy it. I have a bad habit of inhaling food, so slowing down really helps you enjoy it.

You may not be tracking correctly too. Are you measuring everything exactly? Is a tablespoon of butter an actual tablespoon? Is the tablespoon of peanut butter evened or a scoop? I notice yesterday you ate 0 cups of Broccoli with dinner. I imagine that is a typo? If you are having trouble, measure and track everything…

Hmmmm. 1/2 bagel=135 calories. One egg= 70 calories, 1/4 cups cheddar cheese= 114 calories, 1/4 of a large Avocado= 80ish calories, sausage patty= 95 calories. I dont know how much of each was actually put on, but that is 494 calories right there.

What about elevenses? Luncheon? Afternoon tea? Dinner? Supper?

Make oatmeal. Add artificial sweetener and pumpkin spice. Have some strawberries on the side.

I weigh myself every day, but it is mainly just to see what effect certain foods have on me. I have had times when I had a large meal, was up a couple of pounds, and then a few days later, I am down 5 pounds.

I agree completely. I just track the exercise to know what I have done more than anything.

I don't get it. Fruit is generally low calorie, but if you eat 10 bananas, you are looking at 1000-1500 calories.
