MFP doesn't recognize high knees????

HELP. I cannot find high knees on the exercise search thingy. Is there another name for them?

    Don't worry about about tracking individual exercises. The list would be endless if this were the case. Just note that moderate intensity exercise (such that you can't hold a conversation) burns about 7-11 calories for every 10 minutes or so.

    So if you worked out for 60 mins, you're burnt about 420-660 calories from moderate activity.
