  • If you go to your "Tools" and then on "Tickers" go to "Update your weight data". There you can change your starting weight from what it was when you started instead of going with your first weight entry here. As for adding other things, I'm not sure what you're talking about.
  • I only weigh in once a week as I see no reason to weigh myself daily since weight fluctuates throughout the day.
  • 5'5.5" and my goal is between 130-135. I look anorexic below 130lbs, so yeah not going lower than that... plus I love my curves.

  • Inner thighs it's definitely squats & running. Lunges help too, but they primarily target the back of your thighs.

  • Either sneak in your own healthy snack or try eating something healthy before going and just sip on your water during the showing.
  • I'd have to suggest the wrist bandages too... also, make sure you're in the correct form with your arms not too far out in front of you or it'll just add more strain that is necessary for that move.

  • 7 years now with my Mirena and I haven't had any issues losing when I put forth the effort to actually lose it. It could take your body time to adjust to the changes from it to your body.

  • You can get it in most grocery stores and it's usually next to the soy milk products and sometimes you can find it with the milk. Also, they come flavored or original. I prefer original since I don't like adding different flavors to my cereal (which is what I usually use it for).
