  • I definitely notice a difference in my workouts if I've not eaten enough the day before. I'm still making pretty steady gains right now. I'll definitely add them in starting in January when my cut phase begins. Right now though, I'm happy with my progress so I'll wait. Thanks for the advise!

  • I eat eggs and toast every single morning. Sometimes I'll add peanut butter to my toast or fruit on the side.

  • ME! But I do have all of my meals planned out. I find that when I meal prep, I'm so sick of the food by the time I'm done, I don't eat it. So I pack and prep for the day before each night while making dinner.

  • Right now, it's 3 sets of 10 reps. So yes, starting at about 8 it becomes a struggle with 10 being quite difficult. So, then I need to wait to increase weight until the 10th becomes easier or should I increase each time I work that muscle group. I work everything but legs once per week, legs get hit twice.

  • My morning coffee will NEVER change. It's not worth it to me to deprive myself. Eat at a deficit and you're good to go.

  • Publix carries frozen mahi and we LOVE it. I watch their sales and when they run it for 6.99 a bag, I buy at least 10. It usually lasts until the next sale. Mahi is really the only fish I like. Except fried catfish! :wink: To add: Mahi is a very firm fish which I prefer. Can't do mushy. EW

  • I do not eat anything. I sip water throughout the workout and make my breakfast of coffee, eggs and sometimes toast or banana afterwards. 5 am is too damn early for my belly to be doing ANYTHING
