I eat eggs and toast every single morning. Sometimes I'll add peanut butter to my toast or fruit on the side.

Staples in my house, along with bacon and more bacon. Also oatmeal with Nutella or raisins. And bacon.

    Oatmeal
    Fruit
    Granola
    Toast
Breakfast cereals (though they do push the line on "healthy," some have good amounts of fiber, iron, etc.)

Eggs are pretty dang easy. Crack them into a pan and move them around a little. Takes a couple minutes.

I eat one egg (sometimes 2) every single day for breakfast. I enjoy eating the majority of my calories at night so I try to eat very little in the morning.
