I have been doing it for two weeks and man I can feel it in many way. Stamina is boosted and fitness level is growing

    I started back up Monday
    I have lost 40 lbs so far with diet and recently added t 25
    I can feel the difference in my energy and I can actually see differences

    I just started it this morning and boy am I out of shape! I do a lot of yoga, but cardio is my downfall. I had to stop a bit cause I couldn't breathe. :'( According to my watch I burned 211 cal but it felt like much more. I really want to finish the program. I did P90 about 4 months ago, but I only did a month and a half. I'm pushing myself to stick with this one until the end!

    T25 is AWESOME!!! I'm starting up with another round soon... I had to stop due to getting hurt from running...
