I won't be using the scale nearly as much as I have in the past because, as you said, I become obsessed with it. My plan is to weigh as I start noticing non-scale changes - how clothing fits, strength gains, etc. Mainly, though, it's the non-scale victories I'll be working toward. :drinker:

I try to shop for fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season or buy frozen. Watching the circulars for sale pricing (as you already do) is helpful, too. I really like it, but like others have said, some brands are better than others. You just have to find the one that works best for you. In fact, I just had 1/2 cup with a scoop of vanilla protein powder and 1 pkt of Truvia. Works for me, and a little pineapple to top it off makes it even tastier! :smile:

I remember these days too, wildon. Another factor that comes into play, though, is our activity level has dramatically decreased since then as well. When I was a kid, there were only three TV channels and I had to walk across the room to change those channels or even turn the TV on. We didn't have video games at home that…
