I make something similar to this for me and the kids when fall comes around. I just don't add the pudding and use regular low fat plain or vanilla yogurt. I actually just made a batch this morning. hmmm, might have to have some tomorrow morning!

I fell off the wagon here, because Facebook came into my life! Now hopefully I can keep it even steven with both. It just gets too much here sometimes, too many threads, too many posts! I'm right there with ya! lost 44 pounds before my high school reunion in Oct. to only gain 16 of it back during the holidays. Now I have to lost the 16 I gained, plus the 10 more that i still needed to lose! But, that's okay, I'm going to do it! Tis the season! Bring it on! woo hoo!

I figure if I lose 1 pound a week, I will be 135 by November 1st. But, I'd be happy with 142-145.
