Pretty much how I feel. I'm happier when I'm not weighing myself. I'm happier when my clothes fit better and I feel strong.

Been lifting for a year here. Was lifting on a 6 day split, moved into doing Crossfit 5-6 days a week now with a focus on compound and Olympic lifts. Spend about an hour and a half on my workouts. Eating about 1900-2200 calories a day. I'm 5'9, 29 and 160lbs. In a bit of a recomp phase right now. Although I'll have to see,…

Funny enough I just finished eating a cookies and cream bar. I do amazon, I have prime so I get free shipping. Good prices too.

I'm just digging on the butts and bulges.

Often. Yesterday some guy very loudly said, "GOD I LOVE SPANDEX" over and over again as I crossed the street (I live in gym clothes). It's weird, because I still have this image of myself being a 200lb awkward teenager and while I know I'm not fugly, I don't consider myself attractive enough to receive the kind of…

Yep. Either to do or you do not. I had an addiction to sugar and junk food and I kicked it. It's a matter of will. To point out that someone is weak in some aspect isn't putting them down. OP, try reading Burn the Fat Feed the Muscle.

On the binge eating OP, I urge you to check out Intermittent Fasting (leangains.com). I am a binge eater myself and this has seriously helped me feel better about how I eat. I fast for about 17 hours and give myself a 7 hour eating window. There's a lot of info out there about it, and I've seen it recommended to binge…

Cookies, bread, oatmeal, make protein balls with it. Protein powders have endless applications.

Anise is a spice. How do you consider a simple spice, or flavoring, branching out into healthy food? If you don't like it, don't eat it and move on. Simple enough.

Apple pie, chocolate chip cookie dough and white chocolate raspberry. Microwave for about 15 secs and... mouthgasm.

EVRADAY. Sitting at 45g right now and still have more to eat.

Quest bars... Quest bars are AMAZING. I love them. Chocolate chip cookie dough, white chocolate raspberry and apple pie have been my favorites. The lemon pie is good too. And yes, microwave them for just a few seconds. It feels like you're cheating, but you're not!

34B to an A currently. I've always had small boobs. I don't really care though, I've got a squat booty going on to make up for it

Yes, take weekly pictures. I haven't had a weight shift in about three weeks, but in pictures, I look leaner and tighter. As for body changes... on a heavy lifting program and eating at a deficit, it took me about two months to see a significant shift in my body. You'll see little changes sooner though. Biceps might pop a…

I do this. Every afternoon I have a spinach salad with chicken and Newmans Own lite raspberry dressing (so good). Depending on prices and what's at the grocery store or what I'm in the mood for I mix up the veggies I toss into it. This week it's been shredded zucchini, strawberries and chopped walnuts. I put it into a nice…

This sounds like Portland on a regular basis.

Me too :frown:

I've heard from old school lifters that you're considered a novice if you have been only lifting seriously for under a year.
