Well, today did not go as planned. At all. I binged on sugar free candy, thank you TOM. Good news, there is not more candy. Bad news, I ate it alllll. It's only been a bad 2 days so tomorrow I'm getting back on track. Ugh. Stressful few days.

Definitely take into consideration how long you've been sticking with your calorie goal. If it's just been a couple or days, or even weeks, then you need to give it a little more time. I've heard about it and don't really know what to do to raise sodium. I'm guessing regular table salt isn't the solution? Also, I know it is recommended to take Magnesium supplement, and I've tried some about a year ago, but the pills are just so huge that I couldn't keep taking them. Any recommendations?

I have that problem. I've been trying to start eating LCHF for a couple of weeks, and by day 4 or so I get nauseous and eat carbs because I feel that's the only thing that helps. I really don't know what to do. If you find a solution, please let me know!

I've had similar issues. These past few days I haven't had a lot of fat or protein like I'm trying to get, but when I do get a lot of fat or protein I will wake up around 5 am with a nauseous feeling that takes a while to go away. I'm hoping when my body gets used to the higher fat and protein intake, then it will go away.

I've considered an IUD. I've never met with a gyno but I plan on doing so within a month and discussing it with them. Hopefully will have some insight on what will be best. :)

Okay, 1700. And I've just heard you need to lose an extra 5 pounds than your goal weight, because then you'll gain those back and be at your goal weight. For such a low weight that may be difficult though. If you haven't seen any changes in your measurements and you don't gain anymore weight, I wouldn't worry though. :)

I've heard once you reach maintenance you gain back about 5 pounds of some type of sugar. That's why normally in the first week or 2 you lose a good 5 pounds super quick. I started it a month ago, and gained 5 pounds, but that's just water weight. :) I have an increased appetitte, but I'm keeping it under contol, or, starting to. :) I let it take over a few days, but that's just my fault.
