I AM THE SAME!! All I ever do is complain about my body, hair, diet and I never do anything to change it because it's just too hard. But it only takes 21 days to break a habit, and about 10 to stop craving things, so I guess we have to start some when!! xxxx

drink huuuge amounts of water before and after each meal, they really fill you up! also try chewing gum, as it sends a message to your belly saying that you're eating and no longer hungry. i have a cup of tea, that leaves me feeling seriously full... hope i helped! :)

it's one of the last places you loose weight on. unfortunately, you'll just have to work it off. i guess it's good motivation. in the meantime, keep smiling so your muscles get nice and toned!

have a tuna and mayo sandwich or salad. peanut butter sandwiches are quite good too, but have lots of eggs and fish and you shoul be fine! :)

i try to have high protein lunches so my body burns fat and not muscle (especially on the days i go jogging) so today it's a tuna salad :) sometimes i have peanut butter sandwiches though...

ive heard that as its on mass production its full of sweeteners and preservatives, it wants to please the people (like diet drinks). i imagine it's full of things that could confuse your body! :)

dried fruit! cranberries are my favourite. i quite like cold oats in a bowl with a small amount of milk, water, and different fruits (dried or not). it really fills me up and is seriously refreshing in the morning!

i agree! after a while of drinking not a lot more than water, you become addicted, and nothing else will do!

i know how you feel. my best mates are all like that, they all have fast metabolisms. drink lots of cold water, eat hot foods, eat little and regularly, you'll be like them soon, dont worry!

slice up, dip in milk, dip in bread crumbs, cook in oven until cooked through. have a salad on the side!

thomas slim bagel, light mayo, lettuce, cucumber and sweetcorn. toasted or just like that. yummy and well under 200 calories! you could add chicken or ham, which would bring it to around 200 :)

you're brave to even have coffee straight up. it depends on the brand to how many calories it has but it wont be extremely high cal. personally i like green tea... now thats definitely a no cal treat!!
