Guilty a charged, big foodie, work for the biggest food supplier in North America. Also live on a street named after a bakery food. I get to snack on a lot of different foods, at hole in the wall dives to the finest restaurants and country clubs.

Had rotator cuff surgery in September and lost a lot of strength in my arm. has been slowly coming back. As of right now I do mostly cardio and leg training, while trying to rehab the shoulder. Would love to start lifting weights again, but that is months down the road still.

I used to eat the same way, most likely I ate 4000+ calories a day, getting used to my 2130 now.

Wondering how you are doing? I had the surgery on Sep 18, it has been a long recovery, but I am making progress every week.
