There are things I like about myself, like hair and eyes, but I really hate my body. I am torn between sitting on the couch in disgust or getting up and making it better. It is like a big hole I am trying to climb out of.

I am right there with you. I hurt my knee last week and walking is about all I can do. I am going to the doctor next week for it. Riding my bike on flat land seems to be okay also.

I go through that often. I try to do a bunch of snacks through the day instead of big meals. It seems to keep me more level and balanced.

I have a 2 year old and either I get up before she does in the morning or I work out at nap time. I only have 1, so I imagine 2 kids is challenging. My girl does love the walks though!

I did a heart rate monitor and found it comparable to "circuit training" in the system.

I started it last Friday and lost 4 pounds since then. I also workout an additional 30 minutes by going for a walk about every day on top of that. I took measurements, but don't want to measure for another week. I am super excited about it and will do the next video- Ripped in 30- after my 30 days with this.

I just bought it today and plan on starting tomorrow. I will fully commit to the 30 days. My body needs a good wake up call!!

I am the same way with doing any workout. I get to the 15 minute mark and usually barely make it to 20 before I just quit.

Sorry about your issues. I live on Prevacid daily to help control my acid and IBS. It works fast and I only have to take it once a day. Give it a try. Nothing else seemed to work for me.

I have been on this for 2 weeks and love love love it. For me it is better than weight watchers since I can see how things are good and bad for me. My husband joined up after a few days of me bragging it. I see results every day that I follow my goals. Stick with it for a week and see for yourself.

I could not tell you when I bought the scale, but it is not electronic. I have to constantly adjust the swinging arm to 0 and I use it on a tile floor. It is a balancing act with it. If I lean forward, I weight less and if I lean back, I weight more. I don't care what I weigh, I just want it to be consistent.
