hey does anyone know how to log the level 1 30 day shred?

    If you don't have a HRM log it as circuit training :)

    I did a heart rate monitor and found it comparable to "circuit training" in the system.

    If you don't know your calorie burn through an HRM, then log it as "Circuit training, general." The estimated calories burned were lower than what my HRM said, but it was a matter of 10-20 calories, so it's pretty close.

    From other mfpals who have an HRM, they say logging 20 min of circuit training is the closest to accurate

    Log it as circuit training or HRM - I log it with my HRM and my own logs.

    Good Luck!! I am on day two of 30DS and I feel the pain. This is my second time doing it and the first time I lost several inches and lbs.

    Thanks everyone that helps alot, today was my first day it kicked my butt but I feel great after doing it. I am hoping to loose 2 dress sizes by the end of september hope this gets me there!!!
