Hi my name is Ally! I'm from Iowa, I decided to join this, after going to the gym for the last few weeks and not really seeing results, so I decided to combine both..diet & exercise, let's hope this works.

    Thanks! I tried weightwatchers last year, but never really stuck with it, but i've been going to my work gym 3-4 nights a week--for an hour and not seeing any super results--like 1-2 lbs..so I figured it's in my diet, I'm soo going to make this happen! :)
