  • Start: 266.5 Current: 264 Goal 255 Sadly went up .5 lbs this week. What the hell. With one week left it would take a miracle or me losing my leg to reach goal.
  • powdered cocoa. I use that with my vanilla instead of chocolate syrup. My shakes are water only.
  • I have never tried it but I do see people substituting egg with tofu. I have seen it scrambled with veggies.

  • Start: 266.5 Current: 263.5 Goal 255 Down a couple this week but still not feeling like I will hit goal. Had a bad day yesterday. Wife made cupcakes. My one weakness is cake/cup cakes.   • 135-145 As far as the 1100 calories I figured out what it was. I use the Rundouble app and so with MFP and Fitbit my elliptical was recorded as jogging for 60 minutes at 5.2 mph. I have since turned that link off.

  • Yes you can as you cardio endurance gets better. We get our VO2 max tested ever spring along with other tests through the IAFF PFT and they expect are numbers to get better.

  • Last year I had a SI joint injury from work and spent 6 weeks with PT. Most of it was with a body ball. Just sitting on it and doing certain movements to help strength core. Do a search online for SI joint workout and sure you will find several exercise to help engage and strengthen core muscles.

I like it and doesn't make you feel like you are on crank.....tried Jack3D once and thought my heart was going to explode....I dont recommend it.   • That is all I use cause I have horrible shin splints. I follow the couch-2-5k program with the elliptical so I alter my intensity. Lost 49 lbs in 12 weeks so far..........so yes I would say using an elliptical one will see results if you also follow a good eating plan.
