July 4th weigh in
Well I hope everyone made there goal. I did not. In fact I took the batteries out of my scale and put it away. Still going strong but going by other factors instead of a number on a scale. Thanks to all who participated. Always looking for MFP friends so send invites. Happy 4th everyone.

Looking for an app
Anyone use an app to log strength training for android? Want one that I can easily look and see what I did the time before. For example did chest press today 8-6-4-2-1. Want to be able to look in say 2 weeks what weight I used to see if I improved.

low carb additions to shake?
Need ideas for low carb items to mix in my vanilla protein shakes. I already do PB2. Based on new meal plan I cannot have bananas, oranges, or any tropical fruit.

Fitbit ?
Today was my first day with my fitbit flex at the gym. I did the elliptical for 60 minutes averaging 5.2 mph and the elliptical showed I burned 741 calories. When I logged on to MFP it showed per fitbit I did almost 1100 calories in that hour. So do I leave it at 1100 since fitbit is supposedly accurate or do I edit it to…

losing with only cardio
Well I found out the "pop" in my wrist while doing reverse curls was me tearing my TFCC (cartilage in wrist) So now in a brace waiting for MRI to see how mad the tear it is. So no weights for me at least in right hand. So should I up my cardio? Most weight training I was doing HIIT. I can still do lower body.

I find it hard not to say "only"
Did my 2 week BCA today and was down 1.9 lbs body weight, 6 lbs body fat, lean muscle was up .5. I find it hard not to say only 1.9 lbs. Making cauliflower pizza for guys at work
Thought it was pretty cool that guys asked me to make this for dinner. Shows that they are trying to support me as well as eat better themselves. Told them I would start cooking all dinners on shift if they like. Said they would give it a try as long as I didn't get crazy.

30 day shred-is it for guys?
I see a lot of ladies talking about doing it. My wife was given the DVD by a friend and it has just sat and collected dust. I doing cardio at gym with combo of weights and crossfit through the week. Any guys do this? Is more detailed towards women? Just always looking for different things to keep it mixed up.

Man hope I didn't mess up my wrist
Doing reverse curls yesterday and felt a "pop" hurt the rest of the day. This morning wrist is slightly swollen and hurts to do any rotation with wrist. Sadly even feel pain typing. Hoping just a sprain/strain. Will ice it good today and take day off from gym.

So for 12 weeks I have averaged 4-6 lbs loss each week. I was on a 1400 net calorie diet consisting of high protein/low carb. I did not exercise much the first 8 weeks. Help explain the numbers
Ok these numbers are not specific to me just using them as an example. My daily intake is supposed to be 1800 calories.
