Man hope I didn't mess up my wrist

Doing reverse curls yesterday and felt a "pop" hurt the rest of the day. This morning wrist is slightly swollen and hurts to do any rotation with wrist. Sadly even feel pain typing. Hoping just a sprain/strain. Will ice it good today and take day off from gym.
