Well I found out the "pop" in my wrist while doing reverse curls was me tearing my TFCC (cartilage in wrist) So now in a brace waiting for MRI to see how mad the tear it is. So no weights for me at least in right hand.
So should I up my cardio? Most weight training I was doing HIIT. I can still do lower body.

Sure, why not?
This is a good upper body exercise that shouldn't affect your wrist:
Swiss Ball Rollouthttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCE6ejbY3CM
Works triceps, chest, lats, and of course abs. To make it harder, use a smaller ball or higher knee position.0
