What happened to the dropping lbs?

So for 12 weeks I have averaged 4-6 lbs loss each week. I was on a 1400 net calorie diet consisting of high protein/low carb. I did not exercise much the first 8 weeks. Past 4 weeks really started hitting the gym hard so my wellness doctor increased my net intake to 1800. I have been doing that for 7 days. I weigh every Tuesday. Past 7 days lost big zero?? not even a .1
Wondering if body is just adjusting to eating 400 more calories a day or still not eating enough (though 1800 is doctor prescribed) body is holding weight?

You're probably gaining muscle. Don't look at the scale, it's a liar!0

That's what I hear. I just need to take the damn batteries out of it and wait for my next BCA0 -

That is a really high loss per week averaged. I would guess that you have hit a plateau and your body is taking time to adjust itself the the new weight.0
