Need ideas for low carb items to mix in my vanilla protein shakes. I already do PB2. Based on new meal plan I cannot have bananas, oranges, or any tropical fruit.

I don't know what your meal plan is, but berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, and raspberries) are lower in sugar/carbs than a lot of other fruit and would make great additions to your smoothie. They will also add some much needed fiber!

I add heavy cream. Anywhere from 1/2 to 3/4c depending on my caloric requirements for the shake. I almost always add some strawberries or raspberries and about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of baby spinach with it. Overall it ends up low-carb, generally well-over 600 calories, and a full meal that's satiating for roughly 6+ hours for me.
