I am right there with you. Although my husband is trying to change his lifestyle with me, And we do allof our shopping together. Maybe if you bring your husband into it as well it will be easier to block out all of those other *kitten* holes..One bite does hurt. I am not saying don't have cheat days but save those bites…

It used to happen to me too..Not sure why..i thought i was gripping the machine to hard. sometimes when i drive and hold the steering wheel to tight they go numb too. CrAzY!

Your food diary looks good. Your exercise diary looks good. Maybe you are just building alot of muscle. I would definitly rest a little more..I wouldn't eat unless i was hungry. Just my opinion. :smile:

don't get frustrated. Things take time. time for your body to adjust. are you exercising / lifting weights or just dieting? what are your calories? do you eat a lot of sugar? drink enough water? you have to calculate what works best for your body. need more than a week. :smile:

I believe you are supposed to eat 3 meals a day with 2 snacks. Portion control does matter. The reason for more food is to keep your body fueled so it can continue to burn fat..it is like a car..you have to fuel it to get it to go..no fuel you wil putter out and die (Starve)..If you keep you metabolisim going it will…

I have a buldging disk in my back that cause pain in my left hip all the way down my leg. I tend to stick to the treadmil. Sometimes on days when it feels good i will do intervals. I like to lift wieghts, chest arms and back. Sit ups are hard i don't think i will ever get rid of my belly but i will die trying..also…

i have not been doing this long enough. but i can tell you i don't like to see anything lower than 600 in the Green..i had a 900 deficit yesterday and i felt good. was full..Will keep you posted..
