Thanks everyone! It's been a tough journey to get back on track. I moved to an isolated Community in Northern Manitoba so I put on some weight this year. Trying to get it off has proven to be quite difficult! Welcome to the group Hello_Marla_Hooch and congrats on your loss! 4 lbs is 4 lbs, whether it's water weight or not !

Lost another 2 lbs this week so that makes my total 10.4 lbs since May 22nd. And I lost another inch off my hips! Feeling pretty good lately and my clothes is fitting nicer, just in time for summer! :)

Well my weekly weigh in on Tuesday showed a loss of 2.2 lbs so that's 8.4 lbs and 7.75 inches since May 22! With all the water bottles I had in my backpack, plus my food and extra clothing, my backpack had to be 15lbs or more. Looking forward to doing a few more hikes over the summer!

Well I did a 22 km hike yesterday, and today I am feeling it!! OMG my legs :/ But it was well worth it. I am pretty proud of myself for this. It was a huge challenge for me! Hi Everyone! This is my third try at starting MFP again. I lost 50 lbs using it before but moved and fell off of the wagon. Hey Everyone! I just started using MFP again 3 days ago after a very long break. I also started Isagenix. My exercise plan is weight lifting 3 days a week and walking everyday. Been at this for just over a year now and have had a few periods lasting a couple of months where I just needed a break. However, I use comparison pictures to keep me motivated. I use small goals that are achievable, like 5 lbs a month or so, which helps me keep on task because once I reach that goal, my motivation spikes!…
