I'm trying to do it, trying to do the OMAD diet. Lately I've strayed from it but I plan to get back in track now. I did lose a good deal of weight the couple of weeks I managed to stick to it.

I just started the app tonight. I have to use Kangoo Jumps to jog in, and tonight was my first night with both the app and the jumps. I've never jogged before so I couldn't go far tonight but I was pain free and the app seemed fun. I collected a few items, I don't know if I made it to a checkpoint or not because I was more…

My freedom, my cats, my adopted family, my jobs.

I've thoroughly researched these and think they're worth a try. You can use them at home with a regular workout DVD rather than running outdoors if you want to. I think they will be something that I can stick to because I did love using a mini-trampoline (which I no longer have) and that will be easy on my knees and…

Oops, sorry, it's Kangoo Jump

I always lick the spoon, I never log it. I don't log when I lick windows, either.

Stupid question time... if you're 5 ft 10 and 123 lbs, why are you trying to lose weight?

Mine wasn't a horror story because I made sure it didn't turn out that way. I let him have the house and most of what was in it and just started over fresh on my own. It took less than 4 months and was not very expensive because it was not complicated.

Intermittent fasting is not easy for a lot of people to understand. They see it as starving yourself if you don't eat three squares a day. I also do daily IM, and I tried to explain it to my brother and sister but they don't want to hear it; they think it's not healthy. Eventually I stopped trying to make them understand…

I do the same when I have a cold and the opposite when I have a fever... maybe that's where the starve a fever, feed a cold myth originated. At any rate, I try to keep it under control but I also keep in mind that I am sick and my body needs food to fight off the infection.

I'll say no to arsenic and cyanide, but I don't consider sugar poison.

Don't remember. That's how good (or bad) it was.

Yeah, the drawback to losing body fat is losing the insulation it provides. Wear more clothes.

My hat is off to you and your truly ingenious sarcasm, OP

I have even found the weather can trigger me.. if it's suddenly gone cold after a warm streak I get into cozy mode and want to overeat while at home snuggled with my cats.. it's a comfort thing.

The longer you keep thinking this way, the more it will drag you down and will stop you from reaching your goals. All you focus on is the negative and the self hatred. Start thinking what you can do to change all these things you hate.

Not my business or my problem.

It could also be water. I always put on about 5 lbs of water right before you know what time of the month.

Just a bathroom scale for me. I'm not spending anything extra to do this when I know I can do it without going broke

Well done! I know how hard it is, and you know now you can do it!

Wallet, gum. That's about it.

Too much of anything isn't a good thing. Moderation in all things is the key.

Did your girlfriends mention the heart palpitations?

Since I follow OMAD, Thanksgiving and Christmas are not going to be a problem. I will probably overdo it on both holidays, but they come only once a year and I can easily drop the weight in the weeks afterward. Enjoy the holidays; so few enjoy them anymore because of all the silly materialism and arguing over the religious…

Count your calories. Create a deficit and use MFP to help you.

Tell her just to mind her own business. That's really the only thing to say.

The art of movement? Are you talking about dancing or just plain everyday movement?

If you do exercises to build up the chest muscles, it will help lift them up a little.

The only thing to do is make your mind up that you're going to succeed again and do it. I know how you feel, I've been there several times myself. But nothing is stopping you from jumping up and getting back on the weight loss plan.
