I feel like you should look into WHAT you're eating if HOW MUCH you're eating doesn't make sense. Same. I make my lunches the night before but when I get in to work about 20 min early, I take 5 min to plug it all in to MFP. It also shows me what allotment I have for dinner. (I will delete at the end of the day if I don't eat something)

I love my fitbits. I had the One first and enjoy it because it's more discreet and I can use it during my games where you're not supposed to have any accessories on (oopsie) but recently I got a Charge HR and love it for day to day stuff.
