I know what you mean. You just have to tell yourself stop being lazy and there is no excuses. And, I am telling myself that right now. So, I better get to the gym right now and stop being lazy. lol

Did you try the drop down box to see if there is any other options. Or, this is what I do. If the only option is one cup I put .5 meaning half of a cup and it calculates it for me. Or, .25 for a 1/4 of a cup.

I encourage you to find foods that have lots of fiber. It fills you up with minimal calories. Fruits, vegetables. I am starting to add more vegetables. I snack on carrots at night for a snack instead of a bag of doritos. I eat a lot of fiber thru out the day and I feel full so I don't eat as much. I know it is hard but you…

Sorry diets just don't work. Portion control, watching calories and get moving. Even if you start out doing 10 minutes then 15 and add from there to your excercise. Diets just restrict you from the foods you like. I feel you can eat anything as long as you stay in the calories for the day. Well, that is how I do it. Good…

I with you. I got lazy, bad back and moderate arthritis in right knee. But, I am trying again and will just fight thru the pain. I am adding you.

I know what you mean. I had knee surgery 4 weeks ago. I can't walk for long distance or even go very fast. Used to walk 3 miles a day not at Physical Therapy can barely 2.0 on the treadmill. Oh well. God willing my knee will become stronger and I can get back to where I used to be. Very frustrating. Good luck.

Just be honese with your food intake. If you do it will all come together.

This site really works. It makes you think about what you are putting in your mouth. You have to be honest with your self and don't lie about your daily food log or it won't help. You will be just fine.

I am not trying to be rude but, why are you trying to lose more weight. If anything you might want to add a couple of pounds. You are already thin!

It took me a year to lose 40 lbs. Now the scale don't budge. I work out 4 or 5 times a week. I have a tumor in my adrenal gland that is over producing a hormone. They will take this out in July. Could my adrenal gland cause weight problems?

Whatever you do don't give up. I have been doing this since Feb. I have lost 30lbs with much difficulty. But I still hit the gym 4 to 5 days a week. Sometimes the scale doesnt move. In fact for weeks it didn't move. But little by little I believe I am getting there slowly.
