adrenal gland

It took me a year to lose 40 lbs. Now the scale don't budge. I work out 4 or 5 times a week. I have a tumor in my adrenal gland that is over producing a hormone. They will take this out in July. Could my adrenal gland cause weight problems?

    yes, your adrenal gland secretes a hormone which stimulates the thyroid to secrete its hormones
