Individually wrapped frozen chicken breasts. nonstick spray in glass pan, sprinkle lemon pepper (or any other favorite seasoning) on both sides of frozen chicken...bake at 350 for about 35 minutes...easy! I also love Costco's individually wrapped Tilapia/Salmon/Cod filets... Oh, they just came out with Low Carb Tortillas…

I totally agree! I thought I was going to have a very yummy salad...I was SO disappointed! I just stick to frozen shrimp or scallops from Costco. Just grab what you need and defrost in cold water for about 15 minutes, then grill! Much better choice!

That is totally me too! For me it is once I get home from work in the afternoon at about 4 pm... If I just start snacking on one thing, I find it hard to stop! Perhaps being too good all day and feeling deprived? then it goes on into the night and I feel I've undone all my clean eating during the day!

I'm scared that I will gain weight! Has anyone tried this? It makes sense.. I imagine my weight would go up initially, but then start leveling off...but how long does it take?

Hi Amanda, Thank you for encouraging me. So sorry to hear that the weight came back on. That is one of my worst fears. Did you do steak days and that not help? Any tips and advice you could give? Will you be trying another round of HCG or are you on another plan?

Thanks dlburge for your encouraging advice! Since I'm only 5'0' to begin with, my resting rate is not much more than 1,000 calories a day!!! So, there is not alot to play with. I do try to be extra careful during the weekday so that I can have more options on the weekend. Definitely foods in high sugar and carb content do…
