How to stay on track??

I do great tracking breakfast/linch and my workouts..but then after 3pm I lose all focus, I get busy with the kids, etc and end up not tracking a thing!! Help!

    That is totally me too!

    For me it is once I get home from work in the afternoon at about 4 pm... If I just start snacking on one thing, I find it hard to stop! Perhaps being too good all day and feeling deprived? then it goes on into the night and I feel I've undone all my clean eating during the day!
