Saw my trainer for the first time Monday, and I'm on broom stick squats until I can get my thighs parallel to the floor. Same with my deadlifts. :( Bring on the broom!

My BPC between 6 & 7 am, 2 scrambled eggs at 9 am. I have also done full fat greek yogurt with added cream, berries and sliced almonds. Been using "lite" salt on my eggs, which has potassium.

I am insulin resistant. the first time I was able to do really well on 90g or carbs a day. Then I stopped for 6 months. Now I am back on and even at 75g a day, I am struggling. About to cut to 50g
