  • Welcome! This group will help you succeed!
  • Love my PB2...this dessert sounds yummy!
  • My wife bought Turbo Fire and did the entire program. She lost weight and toned her body, especially her legs. Follow a good nutrition plan and push play everyday and you will see results!
  • As you will hear this many o times from Tony. "Do your best and forget the rest!" Do what you can, at your level. If you have to do modifications or take an extra break, do it! Don't let those on the video discourage you, they have been doing the program longer and you are just starting out....you will get there.

  • Well the main purpose of this challenge would be all participants will be using a Beachbody workout program. I first stated I wanted to make this a 10-min trainer but have two people already interested that want to do Insanity. So, if you still want to do 10-min trainer that is great, but if you have another program you…
  • Nope, it is a "He"...NJ ; )

  • Do you have a team BeachBody profile? It is required for the app...
  • Know what just made P90X even better...P90X app (iPhone only right now, sorry Android users, hopefully later). It is an awesome tool for those doing P90X or those thinking about doing P90X. The app schedules your workout program into your calendar, you can track your measurements throughout the 90 days, log your workouts,…
  • Awesome, it is an amazing plane to work on. We have had two exchange officers in our Squadron from the UK.
  • USAF, Loadmaster on the C-17. I am stationed in Charleston. SC but about to PCS to Papa, Hungary to fly NATO C-17s for 15 months.
  • Insanity is a more advanced program. My opinion, if you are doing Insanity, Slim in 6 might be a bit "slow" for you and might get bored with the program. Since you are doing Insanity and want to incorporate strength train, I would go to P90X or Cha-lean extreme...once again, just my opinion.
  • Not to diss your trainer either but if you look at all the success stories and before/after photos of P90X users, I would find it hard to say that P90X is worthless...just my opinion.
  • You can, but you would need to start at day one again. Everyone will start day one together so everyone is doing the same thing. That way, you can talk about your workouts and help push people along and be accountable.
  • Guy here...if you guys need help and support, add me...this is a great website
  • Girl, you are too funny. I should have not read this...lol
  • "Don’t give up on yourself. You have as much right to greatness, abundance, wealth, and health as anyone. But it’s yours to manifest." Carl Daikeler, CEO Beachbody
  • I follow about 90% of it with a few minor tweaks..enjoy the workouts. They are amazing!
  • WOW, what a transformation...great job!
  • Eat "smart" meals throughout the day, and if you are hungry eat some or all the exercise calories back. If you are not hungry do not force yourself to eat just because you think/feel you need to eat them back. Just make sure you do not fall below 1200 calories. Hope this helps as I am sure many may disagree with what I…
  • Welcome!

  • Until I bought a heart rate monitor for my Insanity workouts, I was guessing based on what others were doing. The best way it to by a HRM with a chest strap that shows "Calories Burned." Is it 100% accurate, no...but it is better than nothing. After that, just creat a "New Exercise" and log in the calories burned for that…
  • Very good program. You put the time, dedication and push play every day, you will see amazing results. But you should really have some weight training back ground before starting because you need to make sure you have proper form to make sure you do not get hurt.

  • Agreed! Smoke/Cook your ribs without sauce with a dry rub. When you are eating them you can tear the meat off with your fingers and "lightly" dip it into sauce to get the taste of sauce.
  • P90X is truly Challenging and you will see great results!!!
  • What is your current fitness level. If you want to get serious with weights you can do P90X or Cha-LEAN Extreme...
  • Umm, read your original post and you see what "I am blabbering about." and way to be professional when you start cursing and being rude.
  • I agree that P90X is a very intense program and you need to be ready to progress to P90X. But I have had a few friends who wanted to do P90X and wanted to get in shape for it and tried Power 90 (P90) and got bored with it real fast. I would suggest if you want to get ready to do P90X, maybe try Cha-LEAN Extreme. It is a…
  • My wife is currently doing Turbo Fire and loves it. It is a high Itense Cardio program that if you follow the program and have a good nutrition plan, you will see amazing results. After Turbo Fire, if you want to kick it up another notch, the do P90X...
