Hi. I'm new here

I don't see many posts from guys, but if this helps me get to where I want to be, I don't mind being the only guy here if that is the case. I want to be myself again and be as active as I can. This weight is beginning to limit my activity. I'm 58 years old and don't mind being old. I can accept that, but I do not accept the weight. I am at 250 lbs and I want to get to 175. I know I have a long road ahead, but I can do it.
Any support or tips are appreciated.
Thanks
