It almost looks like you're leaning a little, too... like, one's almost clenched, one isn't. I wouldn't get all butthurt over it.
-
I'd slide the watch up on my forearm or make another hole or three in the watch band before trying that bra thingy.
-
I would find a new nutritionist... she should educate herself on 'starvation mode'. However I'm waiting to see the TDEE calculation, I'm thinking something like 1450-1500 would be good.

You're not even BIG! I weigh more than you do and I walk on my husband's back. That guy cracking jokes is just a wimp.

I don't really hide it, but I really can't pass a DD when it's pumpkin season... I love me some pumpkin coffee- light & sweet. :embarassed:
-
In for elastic waistbands... lol

This is Keeva! She is 1/2 English Mastiff, 1/2 Great Dane. She's now just under 6 months and weighing in at 75 lbs.

Might as well get it all done at once. :drinker:

While 2 lbs a week is considered ideal for a larger person, in the beginning of almost any weight loss regimen, a larger person will lose faster. For example, I came back here 3 weeks ago. I lost 10 lbs my first week, 5 lbs my second week. This week I haven't lost anything, maybe a pound or so, but I'm okay with that. Two…

So first off, I wanted to say that I'm NOT anti-weight loss-surgery. I am however anti-giving up on yourself. Surgery, despite what some people think, is NOT the easy way out. However people see it there as an option, and give themselves numbers, like your 400-lb mark, and say "well if I get here, I'll have surgery."…

Well I'm not the original poster but I would LOVE help with some at home working out- particularly with weights! Lol

Someone sign me up for this lifting business... :drinker:

Another vote for Polar FT4.

I agree with hollydubs. Get a heart rate monitor as soon as you can- the difference in numbers is crazy.
How are they? I'd like a shake that's not full of sugar that I can enjoy on occasion when I'm on the run with my toddler or at work between patients in the middle of the night.
^^^ edited, quoting that^^^^ They aren't bad. I liked the Chocolate Fudge ones when I first started, but I can't take the taste…

Y u no log water?

Why do I bump all of the skinny dessert threads? WHYY?

So does being obese. Or even overweight. Not to mention eating food that isn't good for you.
-
I use EAS AdvantEdge protein drinks pretty frequently. 100-110 cal, 17g of protein, 2g net carbs. I work long hours some days and don't get a chance to actually stop to eat- these things are great for times like that, especially. I used to just not eat at all, by time I would get home in the evening, I wanted to eat my arm.
-
So um... keeping track of how much water you drink will also help. I only looked at a couple of days but I saw all 0s for water intake. Get drinkin'.

True!
