Check craigslist for a weight set or dumbbells that you can use at home.
I bought my bench/plates off craigslist.0 -
Motivation comes from within. If you want to do it, you'll find a way.0

You can try exercising at home. However, nobody can motivate you but yourself. What keeps me focused with thinking about why I'm doing this, and picturing the future and how I will look like and feel... it makes me smile and helps me keep going when I want to quit.0

You can TOTALLY lift those weights without leaving your home! Definitely invest in a pair of weights at home and there are plenty of at-home workouts you can do to get buff regardless of your situation! I also highly recommend getting a coach to help you to stay accountable and motivated while working out at home (I'm a total home-workout junkie)!
