This happens to me as well, I avoid any hot tea until about 2 pm. I actually need breakfast and lunch before my tummy can handle hot tea. I will vomit it up within minutes. I vomit when I take vitamins in the morning too, i must take vitamins at night. The One-A-Day green tea vitamins are the worst!!

Thank you for your comments, I exercise almost daily and I am pretty sure it my diet that I need to work on. I am going to really try and reduce my sugar intake. I hope it works!

I work for a restaurant company and we do our nutritionals AFTER the food product/meal is in its final stage, as in completely cooked, assembled and ready to serve. As far as how much it weighs before it cooks, that is what we tell the customer they are paying for, what size they actually get, is different

If you have the right wine it is the best thing in the WORLD! It is delicious and goes fantastic with foods. But you can also drink a bottle or so and get totally wasted, that is fine too. Do you drink beer because of the "Most interesting man in the world?"

For me, if I drink coffee in the afternoons when I don't need it, it makes me hungry. I think the caffine gives me jitters which in turn makes me feel like my sugar is low and I need food. This is just my own experience.

Yolks make me sick anyway. The smell and taste for some reason. If they are in hard boiled form they don't bother me though. I try and stay away though because of the cholesterol content. One whole egg puts me over my cholesterol for the day on MFP. HIgh cholesterol runs in my family

I refuse to give up wine, especially red wine. I am working on drinking it and keeping within my new macro settings. It is actually working! YAY.

I eat dinner at 6 pm, so I will make my cut off at 8:30. I struggle with this so bad! Last night I had grapes and two pieces of chocolate right before bed. By committing to all of you, I will do this and hopefully, finally reach my goal!

Tree nuts are all nuts EXCEPT for peanuts. Peanuts grow underground and all of the other nuts you eat, grow on trees. Almonds, cashews, brazils, hazelnuts, pecans, macademias, pine nuts are all tree nuts.

I am barely shy of 5'6 and I flucuate between 141 and 146. I would like to get to 136-138 and stay there for once. Since my mid 20's, I have only been back to that weight once, and I feel so perfect there. I am so focused!

I have eaten oats everyday for about a year now. I love old fashioned oats, 1/2 cup to 1 cup. Mix with water up to the top of the oats then microwave for 1-2 minutes. Add organic maple syrup or blue agave sweetner (1 tsp) and cinnamon. I can't get enough! I could eat it several times a day.

I have been doing Bar Method DVD's in Ohio for about 3 years now. I would love to have a studio here but her DVD's are great. I have a bar at my house that I bought from her website but you really don't even need it.

I have one day a week I eat out for dinner and I don't count the calories, but I count my calories all the way up to dinner so I have an idea where I need to be. I agree with this. I would count your walking as activity if that's what you want to do, especially if that is all the activity you have time to do each day.
