Hi there I started DVDs last year and I think most have a 'beginners' option throughout. Personally I love the Davina DVDs - start off with bottles of water as weights and get heavier with them. I had some good results from them! Good luck Steph

I do think it reduces! Im far better without any at all - as soon as I let a little in I can't stop. I rebound food wise after my annual holiday at at xmas - yet I once went 10 months without pizza or wine e.t.c and didn't crave! Mad isnt it xx

Thanks for the reply You could be me lo! I too got down to 10.4 - i loved it - I am now using a personal trainer and hppe for inchloss - im working real hard Ive tried eating all of my excercise cals and feel like its too much I will stick at it!! xxx

They sound like good do-able goals - Mine are to train at least 5 times this week and drink all of my water and eat at least half of my excercise cals! lets do it! xx steph x

Hi Well done you! Im 5ft 7 and 11.5 It sounds like you are covering most angles. Ive been doing two sessions per week with a PT - mainly weights work. I do walk a lot but my body is used to this. Reading what you get through has inspired me. I'll be interested to see replies to this one Keep up the hard work x

I would be lost without mine - some websites grossly over estimate what you burn! this way you can be sure x:wink:

Hello again! My pt reccomends 4 sessions a week (two with him and two on my own) Im not losing and need to be - I have a good stone of padding!!! He seems to think that Im used to the 6 miles that I walk a day with my doggies. I was thinking two cardio classes + two PT sessions for my strength traning? xxx
