  • I had one of those weeks last week. It lapsed over into the weekend where I decided to eat whatever the heck I wanted and then start working out again today. JM 6 Week 6 Pack is a nice workout! I honestly love it! I did it back to back with 30 DS a few times. It seems like a pretty good workout!

  • My weight loss has been WEIRD. I have been steady dropping a little bit here and there since last week. Last Thursday is when I kinda' started not doing so well diet wise. It's like the extra calories have given my body a jump start and my metabolism is finally doing something good.

  • Lindz - what about oatmeal with some fruit? Or maybe even a bagel thin and cream cheese and a couple slices of turkey bacon? You could even make some sammiches with the bagel thins...with some fat free cheese and either turkey bacon or turkey sausage? Yogurt with fruit and maybe some Fiber One cereal crushed up in it?
