My boys are 1 and 3. I also have a 17 yr old daughter. I still have a lot to lose. I gained 65 with my 3 yr old and only lost some of it before gaining another 75 with my 1 yr old. I was already 20 over prior to the first pregnancy. I am hoping to lose 80 over the next year or 2. Definitely 25 by Christmas. Please add me.…

I would love to join in on the support. I have lost 30 and still need to lose 80.

That would be a clean eating group. Not sure if there are any on mfp, but my guess would be that there are.

Avocado is very filling and delicious, and good for you.

I suggest this: http://health.howstuffworks.com/wellness/diet-fitness/information/weight-lifting-for-women.htm It has some good core building exercises.

Mashed up with some sea salt and lime juice. A little crushed garlic if I think of it. Sometimes also with diced tomato. I love em.

Those don't look bad at all! I would rock em'

I think I'm going to go up there and see what they say. I have the same problem with the top of my foot being really wide. I prefer to buy shoes in 10W, but those are even harder to find, so I usually settle for an 11. I've never heard of Brooks shoes. Another one I'll be checking out. Thanks!

[/quote] if you have an unbalanced stride you might want to look into the under armour shoes that have (supposedly!) different styles made to balance it out. I.e if you tend to pronate they have ones that pad more on the outside. if you have a women's typical foot with a wider front and narrower heel, you might like Ryka…

I don't know if I've ever seen jazz sneakers before. I'll have to go look those up.

I personally know someone who runs in them. Funny looking shoes, but he swears they are the best thing since sliced bread. Not sure they're for me.

I have always loved new balance! Especially as on your feet all day work shoes. I'll have to check out the 454. Thanks!

I might have to make a trip up to the outlet mall. It's an hour drive, but sounds like it could be worthwhile. Thanks!

We do have one running shoe store that I know of. I took my daughter there a couple years ago and walked out spending $250. I'm an impulse buyer, so I'm not sure I'm prepared to walk in there again. Maybe though :)

I'm in. I haven't weighed in a few days (or more) and I'm starting a new work out tonight. Should be interesting.

I do. This is my first year itemized - since I bought a house and I'm head of household, but I'm also paying tax and penalty for a 401k withdrawal. I've worked it down to about $800 owed. I want to bash my face on my desk when I start working on it. It's been shelved for a few weeks. I'm not in the mood to finalize and…

When I give up soda I always drink water with lemon juice. The more lemon juice, the faster the water goes down. You could also try other water flavoring idea - like making a pitcher of water with cut up cucumbers in it to soak - or oranges, etc. I find that ice water is easier than plain water also. Stop slowly so that…

Here is an article about this. Maybe it will be helpful, maybe not. http://www.livestrong.com/article/230893-does-coconut-oil-help-the-thyroid/

You don't have to do it JUST like Jillian. Make your own modifications. Stick with it for the WHOLE workout. If you have to slack on some moves, then do so. Just stick with it and be persistent. As time goes on, modify your moves to be a little closer to how Jillian does them. If there is something you just can't do -…

I tell myself the same thing, every Monday :) Enjoy the wii!

I get really dry skin if my synthroid levels are off. Do you have hypothyroidism by chance? The best lotion I have found is suave, believe it or not. Just the plain kind..no fancy smell. It's fairly inexpensive and works great. I put it on as soon as I get out of the shower to lock in the moisture. The winter is rough on…

Single, with a career and a child. I have no energy, or enthusiasm, for dating. I refuse to go out on a work night and spend my weekends catching up with my family. I'll send you a request!

Love this show. My favorite scene is when they first meet the trickster and Sam is retelling the scenario. Dean is eating as usual, but it is hilarious how Sam puts his spin on it.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HuHI5oUh8VM

I've been at a desk job for 8 years. Once you get used to not snacking, you really don't think about it. Water helps but I am usually too distracted to remember it is there. Cough drops keep me from wanting to snack because the taste doesn't mix well with food. Mostly though, you just have to get used to not doing it.
